Discipline 07
Ongoing remote support and administrator training for infrastructure we deploy — troubleshooting, baseline hardening, and structured handover to your own technical staff.
Remote troubleshooting and remediation of server, virtualization, storage, and network infrastructure issues. Includes configuration analysis, problem isolation, corrective configuration, testing, and restoration of normal operation.
Remote implementation of standard baseline configurations for servers, network devices, virtualization platforms, and storage systems, including security, management access, networking, system settings, and operational best practices.
Remote administrator training covering the configuration, management, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of the deployed system. Training includes an overview of system architecture, administrative functions, common operational tasks, and recommended maintenance procedures.
Remote training for customer IT staff covering administration and operation of configured network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, VLANs, routing, security policies, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Remote administrator training covering the operation and management of the deployed virtualization and server environment, including VMware vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, virtual machines, storage, networking, monitoring, and common troubleshooting procedures.
Remote training covering administration and operation of deployed physical security systems, including CCTV cameras, VMS, access control systems, user management, permissions, monitoring, recording, event handling, and basic troubleshooting.
Remote training covering administration and operation of the deployed IP telephony system, including extensions, SIP trunks, call routing, IVR, voicemail, phone provisioning, user management, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
Remote technical handover session covering the completed infrastructure deployment, final configuration, system architecture, administrative procedures, operational considerations, and basic troubleshooting. The session provides the customer’s technical staff with the information required to assume day-to-day administration of the deployed environment.
